I have had 2 years of physics and other sciences at the college level. Also, I have books on nuclear power and have carefully studied positions on all sides of nuclear power.
The Diablo Nuclear Plant is delivering reliable, clean, and economical power for California. Unless there are real and legitimate safety concerns, it should be kept in operation. California already has almost the highest electricity costs in the entire U. S. Shutting down Diablo would result in even higher costs of electricity which would be a real hardship for many people.
