Redding, CA, 96003 Email:gjault1@gmail.com Phone:5309455562 General Comment I worked at Rancho Seco Nuclear plant back in the 80's and the one thing I realized is how the utility failed to make the citizens of Sacramento County understand the actual process of the how Nuclear Power actually works. Nuclear Energy is the only way the United States and especially California will be able to meet its goals of going carbon neutral. The benefits of Nuclear Energy far outways the risk, and if operated correctly, conducting continuous maintenance, it is very safe and reliable! The future of Nuclear needs to be smaller reactors like Europe uses, which are very reliable and safe. Bigger is not always better.
