Meeting Summary:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff conducted the meeting in accordance with NRC Management Directive 3.5, Attendance at NRC Staff-Sponsored Meetings (ADAMS Accession No. ML21180A271). The purpose of the meeting was for X-energy and Dow to discuss their civil structure system-specific design criteria and related performance requirements in response to internal and external hazards associated with Project Long Mott, as they relate to the Xe-100 design changes in support of the planned construction permit application. Enclosure 2 to this memorandum contains proprietary notes documenting discussions between the NRC and X-energy staff during the meeting.
