The NRC received your FOIA request on August 9, 2018.
The NRC conducted a comprehensive search of its Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR), Office of the General Counsel (OGC), and Office of the Secretary (SECY) for records responsive to your request.
For this first interim release, the NRC identified SECY-04-0129 as responsive to your request. It was processed in response to another FOIA request. Portions of this record were redacted pursuant to 5 USC 552(b)(1) to protect information properly classified under Executive Order 12958.
