Dear Troy Hedger:
By letter dated September 9, 2024(Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession Number ML242553A154), Alpha-Omega Services Inc (AOS) submitted an application to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the approval of AOS Safety Analysis Report (SAR FM9054), Revision J-4, incorporating changes from Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 9316 Revision 12.
This communication informs you that the application appears to contain the necessary information for us to begin our review. We have established a schedule for the review of your application and anticipate issuing your CoC, Rev 13, before the end of December 2024.The NRC staff estimates that our review time will not exceed 100 staff hours.
Note that this email will be placed in ADAMS as publicly available document.
