Purpose:
The purpose of the meeting meeting is to discuss Southern Nuclear Operating Company's (SNCs) plan to submit a proposed LAR to move Surveillance Requirements from Technical Specifications (TS) 3.3.15, "ESFAS Actuation Logic - Operating," and TS 3.3.16, "ESFAS Actuation Logic - Shutdown," at Vogtle, Units 3 and 4, to other and new Limiting Conditions for Operation (LCOs).
