The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is writing in response to the U.S.
Department of Energy, Office of Legacy Management (DOE-LM) document entitled, Responses to U.S. NRC Comments on the Report Entitled Revised Groundwater Compliance Action Plan (GCAP) Work Plan for the Shiprock, New Mexico, Disposal Site, dated April 24, 2023 (Received May 1, 2023; Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Package Accession No. ML23117A376).
