ASSIGNMENT OF PROJECT NUMBER FOR TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY SYSTEM (RELLIS CAMPUS) EARLY SITE PERMIT
Dear Mr. Sharp:
On November 7, 2024, Texas A&M University System requested a project number for RELLIS Campus (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML24312A358).
On November 8, 2024, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) established a project number for the Texas A&M RELLIS Campus Early Site Permit. Project No.: 99902136. Please include this number on all correspondence associated with this project.
The NRC staff will begin to charge fees in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 170, Fees for Facilities, Materials, Import and Export Licenses, and Other Regulatory Services Under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as Amended, for the licensing and review of this application and any preapplication activities.
