APOB Tracking use and general comments/assessments So far, generally good assessments:
Reasonable programs in place (proceduralized, tracking databases, etc.)
Some minor program gaps, with proceduralized links between PRA and Mods/Operations procedures.
Performed 2 Cross Regional Panels:
Minor issue (FPTI), initially proposed as Green
Modified Panel for an Observation documented in a report (no PD)
6 OpESS Status and Future Minimal remaining opportunities remaining in 2024.
2025 will see a lot of team inspection activity, Potentially 18 or more opportunities (which will be informed by approved risk-informed initiatives), plus any resident samples.
Currently no proposed OpESS changes for 2025, however, will reassess for 2026.x
