Dear Michael Ravnitzky:
On September 3, 2020, you sent the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) a request for a Mandatory Declassification Review of the full McTiernan Report entitled Inquiry into the Testimony of the Executive Director for Operations (Volumes I, II, and III) under Section 3.5 of the Executive Order (E.O.) 13526, Classified National Security Information. We provided you a status update on October 5, 2021.
The NRC has since consulted with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) who has equities in this document. The CIA is releasing a small amount of additional information on two pages of the report. Those two pages are enclosed with this letter.
