Attached, please find the Penn State University response to the RSI transmitted by your email below.

The password to open the encrypted file has been sent by text to (240) 506-7399, (301) 415-7135 and (301) 820 8246.

A few notes on this response:

1. Grey text in the enclosures represents the original text from the RSI sent to Penn State and is provided for convenience to aid in reviewing the Penn State response information (which is in black).
2. Information on the waste activities, which are not changing, is included in the beginning of the public portion of the response (Enclosure 1 response information).
3. Informal markup copies - which show changes compared to the draft versions sent prior to our September Teams meeting to discuss a draft response, and I would be glad to share these if it helps reviewers identify what has changed.
