The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff conducted the meeting in accordance with NRC Management Directive 3.5, Attendance at NRC Staff-Sponsored Meetings (ADAMS Accession No. ML21180A271). The purpose of the meeting was for X-energy and Dow to discuss their geotechnical and groundwater modeling approach, as it relates to the Xe-100 design changes in support of the planned Project Long Mott construction permit application. and 3 to this memorandum contain NRC staff notes for the open and closed portions of the meeting, respectively.
