The Licensing Board is considering whether to hold an initial prehearing conference to hear oral argument on the issues presented in Joint Petitioners and Petitioning Organizations hearing requests.1 The Board requests that on or before October 31, 2024, one representative for each participant email the Boards law clerk, Georgia Rock (georgia.rock@nrc.gov), with a copy to the other participants, providing (1) their preference for either a virtual oral argument or an in-person oral argument at the NRCs Headquarters in Rockville, Maryland, and (2) their availability on December 17, 18, 19, and 20, 2024. The Board anticipates that the argument, if
