Regarding LAR 23-07 posting for comment: Our understanding is that that LAR 23-02 (LEU+) will be posted for public comment on 10/8/2024, for 60 days. UUSA prefers that two license amendments not be posted for comment at the same time. As such, we request that the posting for comment period for LAR 23-07 (Deletion of license condition 14) be deferred until after the LAR 23-02 public comment period has expired.
