Dear Mr. Orf,
This e-mail is in response to Oklos request, by e-mail dated October 16, 2024, regarding access to certain non-public, security related inspection procedures.
The Commission has determined that the NRC staff may make these documents available to applicants if the staff can establish the need-to-know. Upon review of the request, the NRC staff has established that Oklo does have the need-to-know for these documents. Therefore, the following documents will be made available to Oklo:
IP 71130.02 - Access Control IP 71130.03 - Contingency response - FoF IP 71130.04 - Equipment performance, testing, and maintenance, IP 71130.05 - Protective strategy evaluation and performance evaluation program
Please contact your Project Managers with any questions regarding access to these documents. Note that these documents are marked as Official Use Only - Security Related Information and as such it is Oklos responsibility to control access to these documents. Oklo should ensure that only those with the need-to-know will gain access to the documents.
