On October 30, 2017, the NRC provided you with the first interim response to this request. The reference number was NRC-2017-000645. Since that time, NRC transitioned its FOIA processing system and, as a result, the current reference number is NRC-2017-000643. The first interim response included COMSECY-02-0015, SRM, dated May 7, 2014, and another SRM dated May 28, 2002.
This second and final response addresses SECY-04-0155 and COMSECY-03-0036.
SECY-04-0155 has five attachments. Attachment 1 is withheld in full. Details for the full withholding are captured in Form 464 Part II. Attachments 2 - 5 are released in full and have been made publicly available. Similarly, COMSECY-03-0036 has been released in full and made publicly available.
