RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWL OF DEEP FISSION, INC.,
LICENSING OF TOPICAL REPORT, QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Dear Mr. Thompson:
By letter dated September 6, 2022, Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML24250A150, Deep Fission, Inc. (Deep Fission) submitted licensing topical report (LTR) Quality Assurance Program Description, for review by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff. The LTR describes the Deep Fissions quality assurance program.
By letter dated October 15, 2023 (ML24289A214), Deep Fission requested to withdraw the LTR to make revisions. Accordingly, the NRC staff ceased review of the subject LTR and closed the associated Cost Activity Code number.
