INACTIVATION OF SEALED SOURCE AND DEVICE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE NOS. NR-1210-D-101-B AND NR-1210-D-103-B Mr. DuBose:
This letter is in response to the INFICON, Inc request dated September 5, 2024, requesting to inactivate Sealed Source and Device Registration Certificates. We have issued new inactive registration certificate registration certificates NR-1210-D-801-B and NR-1210-D-802-B, to replace NR-1210-D-101-B and NR-1210-D-103-B, respectively. Copies of the inactive registration certificates are enclosed.
Please read over the registration certificate in its entirety and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions.
