QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM APPROVAL FOR RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL PACKAGES NO. 0025, REVISION 11
Dear Jeremy Browning:
Enclosed is the revised Quality Assurance Program (QAP) Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0025, Revision No. 11, in response to your letter LAC-14562 dated September 4, 2024, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML24249A320). This Approval satisfies the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Sections 71.17(b) and 71.101(c) for a QAP approved by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). You have been assigned the same docket number, 07100025, as the previous QAP approval holder for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor. Please reference this docket number on future correspondence.
Termination of your materials license does not cause this Approval to be automatically terminated. If you wish to amend this Approval and have determined it reduces commitments, or terminate this Approval, please request it in writing.
This letter also serves as a reminder that if you are using or planning to use an NRC-approved package, you must be registered for use of that package with NRC. Registration for use of NRC-approved packages should be made pursuant to 10 CFR 71.17(c)(3).
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this communication will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The PDR is open by appointment.
