Additional Information for the Responses to Hydrology RAI-3 and RAI-4 TRISO-X, LLC (TRISO-X) hereby submits additional information for the responses to Hydrology RAI-3 and RAI-4, regarding the review of the License Application for the TRISO-X Fuel Fabrication Facility (Reference 2). The NRC issued RAI Set 4 on September 29, 2023 (Reference 3) and TRISO-X responded by letter dated November 8, 2023 (Reference 4). The NRC issued a letter providing a status update of RAIs on May 8, 2024, where open items for Hydrology RAI-3 and RAI-4 were described (Reference 5). The NRC and TRISO-X held a meeting on September 9, 2024, to discuss the open items, and TRISO-X agreed to provide additional information for the responses to Hydrology RAI-3 and RAI-4.
Requests for Withholding None. The enclosed submittal contains public information.
