Hi Laura, Mary,
This is to let you know that the Palisaded Restart Project Documents E-mail Capture platform is pretty much ready and operational for you guys to start using it. After our conversation last week I completed the configuration, and then ran and verified a couple of initial test submissions (e.g., Pub/Non-Pub) to make sure things were OK. Everything looks ok based on our configuration, so at this point youre good to go and can start using it. The test transactions are sitting in the ADAMS folder were using, if you want to take a quick look. I will delete those in the coming days so that your folder in clean.
Attached in a one-pager reference sheet with all the pertinent information regarding the platform (i.e., e-mail addresses, ADAMS folder, etc.). It includes instructions for making submissions (which are slightly different than for Commentsbut basically very similar). The instructions are for the types of submissions youre likely to be making. If you wish we can review those in detail and can answer any questions you may have. Just let me know.

Hi Carlos!
The trip this weekend was interesting because we flew through Seattle and with the cyber hack that happened on Saturday I arrived but most of the planes luggage did not so I had to wait in a 3 hour3.472222e-5 days <br />8.333333e-4 hours <br />4.960317e-6 weeks <br />1.1415e-6 months <br /> line for baggage issues, get a voucher, try to find a place open to get essentials and clothes, and then by the time I did all that and checked it was like 2am EDT! Yesterday was a bunch of meetings and then having to run over and get my luggage just in time to get ready for a public meeting! Needless to say, I will not be checking my carryon at DCA no matter how full the plane is I did that that this time and arrived with no luggage
Anyway, hopefully you and Mary were able to get folders set up. If not, lets plan to do it tomorrow at 10am EDT. I am free then and hopefully everything will stay back to normal here (no emergencies).

To make a Submission into ADAMS from your e-mail account:
Once a project Document, Meeting Summary or RAI document has been finalized In Outlook, prepare a new e-mail:
o Take and use the Documents title as the e-mails Subject line o Attach the Document to be submitted into ADAMS to the e-mail o Address the e-mails To line with the appropriate Target Capture address (reference below, e.g., Public / Non-Public account )
o Press Send to submit to e-mail capture Once the system has processed the submi ssion, review the appropriate ADAMS folder for the processed document and its ML#
Alternative: for submitting e-mails received (incl. Attachments) into ADAMS In Outlook o Select / Open the e-mail to be submitted o Click Forward as Attachment [ or Cntrl+Alt+F ] ------>
