OF AUGUST 28, 2024, U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION CLOSED MEETING WITH GE HITACHI NUCLEAR ENERGY AMERICAS AND GLOBAL NUCLEAR FUEL AMERICAS On August 28, 2024, a closed meeting in the form of teleconference was held between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff and representatives from GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas and Global Nuclear Fuel Americas to discuss proprietary information related to the GNF3 spacer. The meeting was noticed on August 8, 2024, and the meeting notice with agenda is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) under Accession No. ML24221A223. A list of the attendees is enclosed.
