Planned SMR-300 LWA Exemption Requests and LWA Application Contents (Project No. 99902049)
SMR, LLC is pleased to submit Enclosure 1, a letter describing SMRs planned Limited Work Authorization (LWA) and pre-LWA activities, planned exemption requests, and planned LWA application contents. SMR requests legal and technical review of the letter. A detailed request for NRC review is provided in Paragraph 1.2 of Enclosure 1.
SMR, LLC requests that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390. An affidavit is also included with this letter as Enclosure 2.
