The NRC staff support submittal of the supplemental information for the Management Measures and Quality Assurance (MM/QA) methodology requests for additional information (RAI) based on the information discussed at the Management Measures meeting held on August 28, 2024. Although the information in the draft supplement appears to be moving in the right direction, the response doesn't fully resolve the NRC staff's RAIs. However, the NRC staff agree that proceeding with the detailed review of the MM/QA program will allow for more in-depth discussions for moving the review forward. Please provide the completed supplement for the MM/QA RAIs by September 6, 2024.
Also, thanks for providing an email copy of the slides used to support the meeting on the Structural RAI 2-2, (Building) Risk Category.
