STATUS OF RECOMMENDATIONS: INDEPENDENT EVALUATION OF THE NRCS IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FEDERAL INFORMATION SECURITY MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2014 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021 (OIG-22-A-04)
This memorandum responds to your memorandum dated February 21, 2024, transmitting your analysis of our update to the Independent Evaluation of the NRCs Implementation of the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 for Fiscal Year 2021 (OIG-22-A-04):
Status of Recommendations. Based on your analysis, recommendations 2, 3, 4, and 12 are complete and have been removed from the status list since our last submittal. Enclosed are our updated responses to the recommendations. The Office of the Chief Information Officer suggests that recommendations 6, 16, and 18 be closed.
