Sirs, As we await and EIS statement for the upcoming project in Kemmerers nuclear power plant there seems to be many on going concerns. I am concerned about transportation risks associated with the transportation of nuclear fuel, sodium, and other materials to/from the proposed site. We are a far away place. Transportaion; roads and rail are to be paid by whom.

Please review and disclose all impacts associated with uranium mining, milling, processing, and the production of HALEU fuel for the proposed power plant.

What are tax payers paying? Please disclose and discuss the total cost to taxpayers of subsidies for the proposed power plant and its fuel.

What is the relayionship to Rocky Mountain Power and TerraPower. Are there ratepayer impacts that will effect us? Higher utility bills?
