Steve Seeger (Tennessee), OAS Champion Steve has worked for the Tennessee Division of Radiological Health for 24 years. He has spent the last 16 years as the Chattanooga Field Office Manager. In this position, he is responsible for regulatory oversight of radioactive material and x-ray equipment. From 1992-1998, Mr. Seeger provided Health Physics support to nuclear power plants during refueling outages.

Steve has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Steve is a member of both the OAS and the CRCPD.

Sarah Sanderlin (New Jersey) OAS Chair-Elect Sarah Sanderlin has worked for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protections Bureau of Environmental Radiation since May of 2018. She currently is a Radiation Physicist 1. She performs routine compliance inspections and license reviewing for the Bureaus industrial section licensees.

In the last five years, Sarah has helped train new staff members, led the General License Device Program, and actively partakes in emergency response for radioactive materials as well as response drills for New Jerseys power plants. She is currently co-chair of CRCPDs working group G-74 Health Physics Work Force Development and Coordination.

Sarah has a Master of Science in Resilient and Sustainable Communities from Green Mountain College and a Bachelor of Science from Stockton University in Environmental Science.

Keisha Cornelius (Oklahoma), OAS Past Chair Keisha Cornelius has worked for the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, Radiation Management Section for 22 years. Keishas responsibilities include reviewing licenses and inspecting licenses of all modalities of radioactive materials and X-Rays. Keisha also investigates allegations, respond to incidents and complaints for Oklahoma. Keisha has served as an Integrated Materials Performance Evaluation Program (IMPEP) team member and am currently a candidate IMPEP team leader in training. Keisha served as the Chair and member of the CRCPD G-34 Committee on Industrial Radiography. This committee continues to work on including Industrial Radiography Certification in the Integrated Materials Performance Evaluation Program process. Keisha is responsible for the Industrial Certification Program in Oklahoma.

In addition to serving as OAS Chair, Keisha served as the secretary of OAS, working to increase communication and engagement within the National Materials Program.

Keisha received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma.

Lisa Bruedigan (Texas), CRCPD Chair Lisa Bruedigan is the Director of the Radiation Section of the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). Lisa brings over 42 years of experience in various disciplines in the radiation field, starting as a radiological technologist. Lisa has been with DSHS for 27 years, starting as an X-ray Inspector where she developed an X-ray training program. Lisa then moved into management over the X-ray Inspectors, then all radiation inspections and incident investigations before taking a position over all of Surveillance for DSHS Regulatory Services. This included food and drugs, milk, asbestos, tanning and tattoo inspections across the state. In 2022, Lisa became the Radiation Section Director when the Division realigned into a bureau type structure, where she is now over all aspects of radiation licensing and registration, inspections, incident investigations, environmental monitoring and radiological emergency response.

Lisa has a bachelors degree in health care administration and is a member of the OAS and the CRCPD, where she is in her third term on the CRCPD Board of Directors. Lisa has worked on projects with the FDA, CDC, EPA, Israel Atomic Energy Agency, and the IAEA. She has been an invited speaker at the IAEA and the World Institute of Nuclear Security and was an instructor for the IAEA Regional Training Course on Authorized Inspection of Linear Accelerators. Lisa was elected to the National Council of Radiation Protection in 2024.

Patrick Pat Mulligan (New Jersey), CRCPD Chair-Elect Pat Mulligan is the Assistant Director of the Radiation Protection Program in the New Jersey (NJ) Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). Pat brings over 29 years of experience in various disciplines of radiation protection and many years of management experience to his position as Assistant Director. Pats career in state government began in 1992 when he accepted a position as Radiation Physicist in the Bureau of X-ray Compliance as an inspector. Pat joined the Bureau of Nuclear Engineerings Nuclear Emergency Preparedness Section in 1994 and remained with that bureau for the 25 years. Over that time, Pat held various titles, including Manager of the Bureau of Nuclear Engineering. Pat assumed his current position in 2019 and serves as the states Radiation Control Program Director.

Pat's experience with the state is diverse and includes the evaluation of NRC regulation and the reactor oversight process, license renewal evaluations, decommissioning, emergency response and preparedness, environmental monitoring, and transportation of radioactive materials.

During his time with the DEP, Pat has been an integral part of countless projects to improve and enhance the DEPs state of preparedness for nuclear emergencies. More recently Pat has gained valuable experience with the Agreement State programs roles and responsibilities for the licensing, safe use and disposal of radioactive materials. His current duties also include the oversight of the Bureau of X-ray Compliance that administers machine source registration and inspections as well as licensing for technologists.

Pat has gained national recognition in the field of radiological emergency preparedness for his work with the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors. He was elected to serve on the CRCPDs Board of Directors as Member at Large from May 2013 through May 2016 and assigned as the Chairperson of the Homeland Security. Pat also received the CRCPDs James W.

Miller award for significant contributions to the field of nuclear emergency preparedness and response in May 2012.

Pat holds an Associate of Science Degree in Radiological Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Radiation Physics from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Pat also holds a Master of Science Degree from NJ Institute of Technology in Environmental Policy.

Rikki Waler (Idaho), CRCPD Past Chair Rikki Waller has been with the Idaho Bureau of Laboratories for over 20 years - starting as a Radiation Physicist in 2002 and working her way up to her current position of Radiation Control Program Director. In this current position she oversees the administrative duties of the program while also supervising and performing X-Ray and mammography inspections. She has over 25 years of experience in the radiation protection and radiologic science fields.

Rikki also has a long history of serving the radiation protection and radiologic science communities. She served two terms as President of the Idaho Society of Radiologic Technologists in 2004 and 2010. In 2012 she was awarded life membership and the Jean Machacek Award by the Idaho Society of Radiologic Technologists for service to their organization. Rikki also received the CRCPDs James W. Miller award for significant contributions to the field of radiation protection in May of 2022.

Rikki holds an Associate of Science Degree in Radiologic Sciences from Boise State University.
