Investigate and publish any rate impacts associated with this project, and with debt financing. Also investigate and publish the cost to taxpayers especially subsidies.
Investigate and publish the project costs, financial status of the applicant. This project should be held to the highest standards and no waivers of regulations should be granted.
Investigate and publish all the impacts of uranium mining, milling, processing and production of HALEU fuel along with the impacts of transportation and storage of waste products.
