By letter dated October 12, 2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23285A290), ARC Clean Technology (ARC) submitted for the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs review the white paper (WP) entitled White Paper on Fuel Qualification, Revision 0.0. The WP summarizes ARCs plan to qualify fuel to support operation of the ARC-100 Reactor.
The NRC staff was asked to perform a review of this WP and provide written feedback on the WP.
The NRC staffs feedback is provided in the enclosures to this letter.
