The actions associated with the exemption request will not require any earth moving or use of additional machinery. There will be no additional discharge and no potential for impacts to EJ communities based on the proposed action. I appreciate your time and review. One last note, the EA/FONSI published in the subject FRN (89 FR 53452) is the final EA.
