Introduction of MRB members, review team members, State representatives, and other participants.
Request for members of the public to indicate they are participating and their affiliation.

MRB Chair Convenes the Business Portion of the Meeting Consideration of the Programs IMPEP Report.
Presentation and Discussion of Findings Associated with Following performance indicators:
- i. Technical Quality of Incident and Allegation Activities ii. Legislation, Regulations, and Other Program Elements IMPEP Team Recommendations.
MRB Consultation/Comments on Issuance of Report.
Request for comments from Agreement State Program representatives.
Overall MRB Chair Determination of Program performance and the appropriate level oversight.

Questions or comments from members of the public for NRC.
