Thank you for your March 20, 2024, letter (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession (ADAMS) No.: ML24166A280) in response to the Notice of Nonconformances (NONs) that were discussed in the subject U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection report (IR). We reviewed your letter and found that you provided a written explanation in accordance with the instructions specified in the NONs documented in IR 99902119/2024-201. We do not have any questions regarding the content of your letter.
While this letter acknowledges your response to the NONs, please be aware that it does not indicate NRC approval of your corrective actions nor that you are now in compliance. Full compliance may only be assessed during a future NRC inspection. We may review your corrective actions during a future NRC staff inspection to determine whether full compliance has been achieved and maintained.
