Hanson C 0 DELEGATION OF TOP SECRET ORIGINAL CLASSIFICATION AUTHORITY Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1.3(c)(3) of Executive Order (E.O.) 13526, "Classified National Security Information," dated December 29, 2009, you are hereby delegated authority for original classification at the Top Secret level. This Top Secret original classification authority is valid for as long as you occupy your present position. You may not re-delegate this Top Secret original classification authority. In accordance with E.O. 13526, all original classification authorities must receive training in proper classification (including the avoidance of over-classification) and declassification, as provided in E.O. 13526, at least once per calendar year.
