STATUS OF RECOMMENDATIONS: INDEPENDENT EVALUATION OF THE NRCS IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FEDERAL INFORMATION SECURITY MODERNIZATION ACT OF 2014 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020 (OIG-21-A-05)
This memorandum responds to your January 25, 2024, memorandum transmitting your analysis of our update to the Status of Recommendations: Independent Evaluation of the NRCs Implementation of the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 for Fiscal Year 2020 (OIG-21-A-05). Based on your analysis, recommendations 2(a), 4, and 7 are complete and have been removed from the status list. The Office of the Chief Information Officer requests that recommendations 2(c), 2(e), and 10 be closed, with the remainder in open and resolved status.
