Casper, WY, 82601 Email:sipes23@gmail.com Phone:307-277-9010 General Comment I am in favor of this project. While nuclear power has gotten a bad rap in the past, I think it is time to be realistic about energy needs in this country. Yes, Wyoming has traditionally been reliant on coal and gas, but the future demands other energy sources. Nuclear power has, on the whole, been safe when properly maintained. It will provide solid base-load power in a carbon-neutral fashion that solar and wind may not be able to provide.
As for its location, I would be fine with this near my house, though it is not.
