Attached please find a draft EA for a proposed increase to the possession limit for high-assay low-enriched uranium (HALEU) at the American Centrifuge Operating HALEU demonstration plant in Piketon Ohio. Please submit any comments you may have by July 29, if possible.
The draft EA is not publicly available, is limited for use by the staff of the EPA Region V, and should not be disclosed without prior NRC permission. The attached document will require a password to open. I will send you a separate email with the password.
