VENDOR INSPECTION OF FISHER CONTROLS INTERNATIONAL, LLCS QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM AND TITLE 10 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS PART 21 PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION Dear Ms. Hoeger This letter documents the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs plan to perform an inspection of Fisher Controls International, LLCs Appendix B, Quality Assurance Program Criteria for Nuclear Power Plants and Reprocessing Plants, to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 50, Domestic Licensing of Production and Utilization Facilities, quality program and 10 CFR Part 21, Reporting of Defects and Noncompliance, program as they pertain to activities conducted at your facility related to the supply of design, fabrication, assembly, and testing of valves, actuators, actuator accessories, replacement parts, and/or appurtenances for facilities regulated by the NRC. As discussed via email on June 11, 2024, the NRC inspection team plans to arrive at your facility on Monday, September 9, 2024, and will conduct an inspection through Friday, September 13, 2024. After the inspection, a report will be issued and transmitted to you via letter.
