Enclosed is export application XSOU8866, dated July 3, 2024, accepted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, from TN Americas LLC. The application requests the export of uranium hexafluoride, for use in nuclear power reactors in the Euratom community.
Assurances from EURATOM that the material will be subject to all the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation are required. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
