Extended Due date for the TRISO-X RAIs supplements for the Management Measures and Quality Assurance portion of the License Application to July 28, 2024 Date:

- Jennifer, Based on the request below and the discussion at todays meeting on the structural requests for additional information (RAI), the NRC staff agrees that the due date for the management measures and quality assurance RAI supplmenet should be extended from July 1, 2024, to July 28, 2024. This will allow additional time for the NRC and TRISO-X staff to discuss the issues further. We are also open to extending the due date of July 19, 2024, for the structural RAI supplements to allow for additional discussions, if needed.

We will need to move out the response date regardless of path forward to accommodate more discussion. Proposal for new due date is 7/28.
