Purpose:
The purpose of this pre-submittal meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) is to discuss a proposed License Amendment Request applicable to Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, which would revise Technical Specifications 3.3.6 (Containment Ventilation Isolation Instrumentation), 3.9.4 (Containment Penetrations) and the Fuel Handling Accident analysis.
