STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-23-0033 - INTERIM ENFORCEMENT POLICY FOR DISPOSITIONING TITLE 10 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS PART 37 VIOLATIONS WITH RESPECT TO LARGE COMPONENTS OR ROBUST STRUCTURES CONTAINING CATEGORY 1 OR CATEGORY 2 QUANTITIES OF RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL AT POWER REACTOR FACILITIES LICENSED UNDER TITLE 10 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS PART 50 OR TITLE 10 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS PART 52 The Commission has approved the staffs Proposed Interim Enforcement Policy - Section 9.3, Enforcement Discretion for Physical Protection of Category 1 and Category 2 Quantities of Radioactive Material (10 CFR Part 37), and publication of the enclosed draft Federal Register notice, both subject to the enclosed edits.
