Known Challenges and How NRC Plans to Address Them Known Challenges
- The search results page is limited to first 1000 records matching the search criteria
- Navigation isnt very intuitive for a novice user
- Finding a specific document using the search criteria is not easy and involves lot of clicks
- Search results are not always accurate Future State
- Develop a modern search solution using Cognitive Search technologies and Human Centered Design (HCD) approach that will enable users to reap the benefits such as user experience, results accuracy and performance.
