REVISION TO OPERATOR LICENSING PROGRAM MANUAL CHAPTERS 310, REGIONAL OFFICE REVIEW, AND OLMC 330, EVALUATION OF THE OPERATOR LICENSING PROGRAM Operator Licensing Manual Chapters (OLMC) 310, REGIONAL OFFICE REVIEW, and OLMC-330, EVALUATION OF THE OPERATOR LICENSING PROGRAM, have been revised, placed in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML24157A376 and ML24157A374, respectively, as publicly available documents, and is available for use.
The OLMC-310 revision updated the guidance for the team leader in support of hybrid reviews, and provided guidance that if the results of any examination reviews meet the criteria in CONTACT:

OLMC-320 for requiring a response to the program office, that area should be noted as an NI (needs improvement). OLMC-330 revision updated the guidance for hybrid office reviews and the process and categories for the annual review.
