SUMMARY
OF MAY 14, 2024 - ELECTRIC POWER RESEARCH INSTITUTE (EPRI) NUCLEAR FACILITY SEPARATION TOPICAL REPORT PRE-SUBMITTAL PUBLIC MEETING On May 14, 2024, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff conducted a public meeting with EPRI to discuss their Nuclear Facility Separation Topical Report, which was an observation meeting with the public asking questions and giving comments following the discussion.
The meeting notice is available in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML24130A193. The presentation slides are available under Accession No ML24130A191. The enclosure to this summary provides a list of attendees for the meetings as captured by Microsoft Teams.
The EPRI staff provided information and discussed the Nuclear Facility Separation Topical Report. EPRI also discussed their planned schedule for submittal. The NRC staff provided initial feedback and asked clarifying questions. No follow-up actions were identified.
No regulatory decisions were made as a result of this meeting.
