image001.png This is to acknowledge the receipt of the supplemental clarification to the exemption request regarding the use of MPC-37-CBS at STP. The staff has reviewed the 5/7/2024 exemption request and the 5/15/2024 supplemental clarification and determined that the submittals contain sufficient information for the staff to continue the review of the exemption request.
