Dear Ms. David:
This is in response to the Endress + Hauser, GmbH+Co. letter requesting the amendment of Registration Certificate NR-1302-D-101-B. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has completed your request. A copy of the amended registration certificate is enclosed.
Please be advised that you must manufacture and distribute the products in accordance with the statements and representations contained in y our application, with enclosures thereto, and the information set out in your registration cert ificates. As a general rule, you must request and obtain an amendment to the certificates before you make changes or modifications to the information submitted to obtain the certificates.
Please note that the registration certificate is meant to indicate that your product is acceptable for licensing purposes but does not authorize distribution or possession of radioactive material.
Please be advised that your materials license must include International Isotopes model INIS-SF-1.0-01-D before distributing the product. Addit ionally, please ensure your license is accurate and shows the correct manufacturer and model combination.
Please read over the registration certificates in their entirety and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions.
You are obligated to notify us promptly in writing should you decide to no longer manufacture, distribute, or offer service support for the product.
