Dear Mr. Saverot,
following our letter 0023-SVK-2024-005 from January 31 st 2024 and the email exchanges in April 2024, Orano NCS GmbH herewith submits the public version of the DN30 package Safety Analysis Report (0023-BSH-2016-002),
Rev3, in accordance with 10 CFR 71, 49 CFR 173 and 10 CFR 2.390, in order to request the renewal of CoC USA/9362/AF-96.
The public version consists of the following documents:
