This is a Comment-Gathering Meeting. The purpose of this meeting is for NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to receive comments from participants on specific NRC decisions and actions to ensure that NRC staff understands their views and concerns.
Purpose:
To describe the NRCs license termination process, the License Termination Plan for the Nuclear Ship (NS) Savannah, and to accept public comment. Approval and implementation of the License Termination Plan is required for the decommissioning of the NS Savannah.
