Dear Sir or Madam :

The Global Nuclear Fuel -Americas, L.L.C. (GNF-A) facility in Wilmington, N.C., hereby submits a revised Radiological Contingency & Emergency Plan (RC&EP ) dated May 07, 2024, to replace the plan submitted on April 12, 2024 (Reference 2).

The changes have been internally reviewed and documented as those that do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and do not require prior NRC approval in accordance with SNM 1097 Chapter 8 and 10 CFR 70.32(i). Revision bars in the right-hand margin depict changes from the previous revision submitted to the NRC.

Pursuant to 1 O CFR 2.390, GNF-A requests that the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure, as it contains security related and proprietary information assoc iated with our Emergency Planning and Response Program.
