This letter is in response to your letter requesting to amend Sealed Source and Device Registration Certificate NR-1235-S-107-S, dated November 2, 2023. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has completed your request. A copy of the amended registration certificate is enclosed.
Please be advised that you must manufacture and distribute the products in accordance with the statements and representations contained in your application, with enclosures thereto, and the information set out in your registration certificates. As a general rule, you must request and obtain an amendment to the certificates before you make changes or modifications to the information submitted to obtain the certificates.
